The Uji region, the birthplace of ceremonial matcha, is renowned for the highest quality matcha.
We work under exclusive contract with producers such as Mr. Ayoshi, a passionate farmer whose family has been growing matcha for over 300 years.
We present a matcha of extraordinary freshness: there is never more than 30 days between the production of a grand cru and your first cup.
This is why we are completely confident in the quality and freshness of our matcha.
Our matcha is delivered from Japan in sealed packages to prevent the matcha from oxidizing, no matter how much you buy.
On our website, you will not find any "culinary" variety of matcha because we specialize only in the most qualitative varieties, collected in May and June.
The entire matcha making process is controlled under the supervision of our tea master and takes place in a room without direct sunlight to maintain a maximum amount of chlorophyll.
