We recommend that you store Matcha Botanicals tea in the refrigerator. We also recommend that you store it inside the sheet. Keeping tea in the fridge will help it stay fresher for longer. The expiration date of the match is one year, you can find the date with the expiration date on the packaging.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A CEREMONIAL MATCHA AND A PREMIUM MATCHA?
The ceremonial match variety was bred in the spring when it first bloomed, only the new upper leaves were bred. The premium variety is harvested in August; the premium quality leaves have been in the tea factory for a longer time and taste more astringent. As a result, their cost is lower.
