Light matcha verrine

Verrine légère au matcha

We thought that this healthy, easy and beautiful recipe would be perfect for a night out with friends. 😊

First layer (bottom):
- chia seeds
-matcha by @matchabotanicals_fr
-Vegetable milk
-Sugar or sweetener

Second layer:
-yogurt
-Sugar or sweetener
-Gelatin
-Water 

Third layer:
-Kiwi puree

Recipe:
1. Whisk the matcha with hot milk until you get a smooth texture. Add the sugar, chia seeds and mix everything together. Refrigerate 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then, place the preparation in the bottom of your verrines.

2. Soak the gelatin in a little cold water. After its complete dissolution add it to the yogurt, then add a little sugar and mix everything to obtain a homogeneous texture. Pour the preparation into your verrines. You can add fruit, to have the same effect as in the photo, place the fruit against the walls BEFORE pouring the preparation!

3. Refrigerate 30 to 40 minutes until completely solidified. Once the layer has hardened, spread the kiwi puree on top 🥝 You can sweeten if you want.

Personally, I like the acidic side of the kiwi, so I didn't add any!
